When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-15 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please refer to the individual pages for the most up-to-date information. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. T-shirts and made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.
I love what I ordered but I need to make a small change. How do I do that?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return label and re-purchase the item that you prefer.
What is your return policy?

CHARMERBOY.COM strives to be fair in permitting Product order cancellations and returns under limited circumstances.

We offer free US standard shipping for all orders, which is a typical delivery time of 5-7 working days.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. As soon as we receive your items back we'll process your exchange or refund

 

What if order arrives damaged?

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting in your item (i.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move
